We are currently looking for experienced Voice Pickers, Pick Packers and Warehouse Workers to join the team at SRG’s modern Truganina Distribution Centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing work in a state-of-the-art warehouse, featuring advanced automation technology for decanting and picking stock.

What’s on offer

• Day Shift – $34+ per hour (pay rise after 3 months of training)
• Afternoon Shift – $38+ per hour (pay rise after 3 months of training)

Your duties may include

• Voice picking
• RF scanning
• Operating electric tuggers
• Working with automated picking and decanting systems
• Pick packing and order preparation
• Wrapping and preparing pallets
• Manual handling
• General warehouse duties

What we’re looking for

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous warehouse or distribution centre experience
• Voice picking experience – essential
• RF scanning experience – essential
• Electric tugger experience – essential
• Strong pick packing experience
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• A reliable attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
