Customer Service Specialist

  • Several Customer Service Specialists Required- Automotive experience is required!
  • $40 plus per Hour
  • Monday to Friday – 3 days required in the office – Monday and Friday work-from-home
  • 8:30am – 5.30pm – Early Finish on Fridays!

A fantastic opportunity exists for dynamic Customer Service Specialists to join this reputable company who are one of Australia’s most innovative automotive manufacturers. Previous automotive and customer service experience is required for this position.

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction for both the dealer network and customers. Serving as a key point of contact between the company and its customers, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships. This position is integral to the Care Contact Centre’s commitment to providing industry-leading customer service in the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Manage all inbound customer enquiries across phone, email, social and multimedia platforms
  • Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive service and problem resolution
  • Promote and uphold Customer Care standards within the dealership network
  • Manage customer expectations and entitlements in line with Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
  • Coordinate and manage Vehicle Off Road (VOR) customer loan vehicles within your region

Issue Resolution

  • Identify, investigate and resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Liaise with dealerships and internal teams including Sales, Service and Technical
  • Ensure follow-up is completed and issues are fully resolved to customer satisfaction

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Accurately document all customer interactions within the CRM system
  • Analyse customer feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Maintain up-to-date customer profiles to support personalised service

Additional Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong knowledge of the vehicle range
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer touchpoints
  • Support additional tasks aligned with wider department objectives

To be considered for this position you will demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Previous automotive and customer service experience
  • The ability to multitask and work in a busy environment
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Salesforce, MS Office, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Great Attitude
