Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm OR 9am – 5pm
Payrate: $37.58

Key Responsibilities:
As part of the Customer service team, your main responsibilities will include:

• Efficiently managed customer orders from entry through to completion
• Handled high-volume phone enquiries with a focus on clear and friendly communication
• Managed email correspondence, providing timely and accurate responses
• Assisted customers with specialised enquiries, offering tailored support and solutions
• Performed general administrative and customer service duties to support daily operations

About You:
To be successful in this opportunity you will possess the following:

• Over 1 year of hands-on experience delivering high-quality customer service in office environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with solid intermediate-level skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication, tailored to diverse audiences
• Highly professional phone manner and strong interpersonal abilities
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
