Crown high reach forklift driver $40+ an hour

Our client, a leading name in transport and logistics, are looking for an experienced and reliable Crown Reach Forklift Operators to join their team. If you thrive in a fast-paced 3PL environment and take pride in your forklift skills, we want to hear from you!

• Dayshift Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm
• $40per hour with overtime available
• Ongoing casual role with strong potential for full-time employment
• Based in Laverton North
• Immediate start
• Ongoing support and training provided

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating crown high reach forklifts in a 3PL warehouse (Double Deep)
• Loading and unloading trucks and shipping containers
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and quality of deliveries
• Pick, pack, and preparing orders for shipment or customer pickup, adhering to specific handling instructions and timelines
• Using pallet and hand trucks
• Putaway of stock, inventory counts using WMS systems
• Using clamp grabber counterbalance forklifts
• Securing loads with proper load restraint techniques
• Applying Chain of Responsibility (CoR) knowledge on the job

To Be Successful, You’ll Need:

• Valid LF Forklift Licence
• Proven experience with crown high reach forklifts & double deep experience (mandatory)
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations and safety
• Knowledge of load restraint and CoR compliance
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
• Attention to detail
