Administration

We are currently seeking experienced administrators for our client based in Hallam, one of Australia’s leading Stormwater specialists. Working with councils, engineers and contractors to build risk-free, clean water solutions for the future!

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm
Rate: $35.15 per hour (casual)
Start: ASAP (urgent requirement)

Role Overview

This position supports a busy manufacturing operation by coordinating orders between the production site and customers. The team is currently overloaded, so this role is critical in keeping orders, deliveries, and installations running on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate orders from placement through to delivery
• Liaise between manufacturing, customers, and installation teams
• Manage delivery timeframes and product availability
• Schedule and coordinate tank installations
• Handle a high-volume inbox (~150 emails per day)
• Prioritise and respond to emails efficiently using Smartsheet
• Work closely with 2 existing team members to reduce backlog and pressure

Key Requirements

• Strong administration and coordination experience (manufacturing/logistics environment ideal)
• Ability to manage high email volumes and prioritise effectively
• High level of time management and organisation
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Experience with Smartsheet (or similar systems) preferred

Important Notes

• This is not a phone-based customer service role (minimal inbound/outbound calls)
• Heavily focused on coordination, scheduling, and email management
• Team is currently under pressure, so someone who can step in and stabilise workload is key
