Yard Operator

Our client, a leading name in transport and logistics, are looking for an experienced and reliable Counterbalance Forklift Operators with 16 Tonne experience to join their team based in Revesby. If you thrive in a fast-paced 3PL environment and take pride in your forklift skills, we want to hear from you!

Hours:
6am – 2pm Monday to Friday + OT $43 p/h

Key Responsibilities:
As part of the team, your main responsibilities will include:

• Operating 16 Tonne Counterbalance forklifts in a 3PL warehouse

• Loading and unloading trucks and shipping containers

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and quality of deliveries

• Pick, pack, and preparing orders for shipment or customer pickup, adhering to specific handling instructions and timelines

• Putaway of stock, inventory counts using WMS systems

• Securing loads with proper load restraint techniques

About You:
To be successful in this opportunity you will possess the following:

• Valid LF Forklift Licence

• Proven experience operating 16 Tonne Counterbalance

• Solid understanding of warehouse operations and safety

• Knowledge of load restraint and CoR compliance

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment

• Attention to detail
