About the Role

What You’ll Be Doing

• Picking and packing orders with speed and accuracy
• Operating forklifts (reach experience highly regarded)
• Quality checking high-value products before dispatch
• Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently
• Keeping the warehouse organised and running smoothly
• Working as part of a tight-knit dispatch team to hit daily targets

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Forklift Licence – essential
• Reach experience – highly regarded
• Previous experience in a similar role (dispatch, pick packing, quality checking, handling valuable products) – essential
• Reliable transport and strong attendance record
• Basic computer and email skills
• A proactive team player with good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and follow processes
• High attention to detail and commitment to safety
