Warehouse Administration Assistant

A global supply chain provider specialising in warehousing and freight solutions for the apparel industry is seeking an experienced, hands-on Inbound Warehouse Administrator to join their team based in the northern suburbs.

What’s on Offer?

• Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 3:00pm (hours may vary depending on operational requirements between 6am to 6pm)
• $36.07 per hour
• Tullamarine location
• Ongoing role with a view to permanent employment

Main duties will include:

• Process and verify inbound delivery documentation
• Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal warehouse teams
• Perform general administrative duties, including accurate data entry into the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Respond to email enquiries and provide administrative support to operations

To be successful in this role you will possess the following:

• Previous experience in a warehouse administration role (preferred)
• Efficient in Microsoft office including excel
• Previous experience working with Warehouse Management system (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A positive, “can-do” attitude
