Truck Driver

As a leading supplier of fresh produce to the food service sector across Australia, our client is continuing to grow and has an opportunity for experienced MR and HR truck drivers to join their team.

With day shift and night shifts available this is a great opportunity to secure an ongoing to perm opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the transport team your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Driving MR or HR Truck
• Loading, transporting and delivering fresh produce to customers and businesses in a safe and timely manner
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure orders and charges are correct
• Perform frequent lifting up to 20 kgs
• Provide excellent customer service and handling customer queries
• Adhering to assigned routes and time schedules
• Preparing delivery reports and maintaining compliance records

About You

To be successful in this opportunity you will possess the following:

• 1+ years experience in a similar role
• Current and valid MR truck licence with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to commit to ongoing long term employment

Benefits

• $33.16 p/hr (day shift) – 5am starts (Monday to Friday)
• $41.12 p/hr (night shift) – 9pm till 5am (Sunday-Thursday)
