The company:

Our client located in Ormeau, is currently seeking an Receptionist/Administrator to join their team on a casual full-time basis.

The role:

You will be working in a busy office environment where you will deal with all internal and external customers, and with this you must have excellent customer service and administration skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Answering all customer enquiries over the phone
  • Providing a range of general administrative support as required
  • Day to day office duties
  • Data entry
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients

What’s on offer?

This is an ongoing assignment, to start immediately is paying an hourly rate of $31.10.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8am – 4.30pm.

To be successful in the role you will ideally be experienced in the following:

  • Previous experience in a busy reception environment an advantage
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Confident and pleasant phone manner with great communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills
  • Strong Attention to detail
  • Strong accuracy and data entry skills
  • Own transportation essential
  • Extraordinary Customer Service skills face to face
