Production workers / Machine operating

An exciting opportunity exists for experienced Process production works and operators to join our client a leading manufacturer and distributor of bakery products and food ingredients based in Altona North.

What’s on offer?

• Altona North
• Process Production and Machine operating
• Dayshift 6am to 2pm
• $33.95 (Training rate)
• Once moved into mixer role payrate is: $35.40
• Ongoing Monday to Friday

Duties included but not limited to:

• Working along production lines
• Manual labouring
• Repetitive lifting up to 25kg
• Pallet stacking
• Sorting products
• Machine operating
• Mixing bulk products

The successful candidates will be required to complete the following duties:

• Flexible, reliable, and collaborative
• Previous experience in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment
• Previous machinery experience or technical skills are highly valued
• Able to produce high-quality products by accurately mixing raw ingredients into set batches and following recipes.
• Familiarity with fast-paced environments to ensure effective production and packaging of products.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Able to lift up to 25kg repetitively.
• Uphold high WHS standards and safe food-handling practices.
