Looking for your next step in logistics? We’re on the hunt for a Processing Reach Team Leader to join our team in Truganina. If you love working in a fast-paced environment, leading a team, and keeping things running smoothly, this role is for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead and support your team to get orders processed efficiently.
Solve problems on the go and keep things moving.
Keep track of performance and make sure targets are met.
Maintain a safe and organised work environment.
Train and mentor new team members, helping them succeed.
Use Microsoft Office, WMS, SAP, and other systems to manage stock and workflows.
Handle stock issues and make sure everything runs smoothly.
Work closely with your team to create a positive and open work culture.

What We’re Looking For:

Someone with warehouse or logistics experience who’s ready to take on a leadership role.
Forklift License+ Crown High Reach experience- highly desirable
A strong communicator who can keep the team motivated and on track.
Experience using WMS, SAP, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
A problem solver who can handle challenges and keep things running smoothly.
Someone who’s safety-conscious and committed to keeping the workplace secure.
