The opportunity:

Due to the continued growth and ongoing expansion, we are looking for an experienced permanent recruitment consultant to join our team in the Welshpool office.

You will provide quality candidates across all sectors for our existing client network in conjunction to building your own network with the support of the national business.

Responsibilities will include:

  • 360 recruitment functions from candidate sourcing to developing new business opportunities
  • A strong customer service and client focus
  • Planning and time management to get the most out of your day

Successful applicants will possess:

  • Previous experience as a recruitment Consultant
  • A positive and competitive attitude
  • Proven sales and business development skills
  • Networking and negotiation skills
  • Developed candidate management and interview skills
