Manufacturing Team Lead

Our client, conveniently located in Parramatta, is seeking a manufacturing team lead from a food manufacturing background to assist with their manufacturing operation. As they continue to grow, they’re looking for a manufacturing team lead, to help them maintain their high standards and drive operational excellence.

About the Role

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on leadership position, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about food or pharmaceutical production. You will oversee daily production ensuring quality and efficiency while leading a team.

You will be required to:

• Lead Production Operations
• Ensure Food Safety & Quality – Maintain compliance with GMP and HACCP standards
• Support & Train Staff
• Problem-Solve & Improve Processes – Troubleshoot production challenges and drive efficiency
• Machine operation
• Work with leadership to optimise workforce planning
• Collaborate across teams

You will have:

• A leadership mindset with a hands-on approach
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in food production or manufacturing
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions
• Strong communication skills
• A commitment to food safety, quality, and continuous improvement
