Staff Australia is currently looking for a highly Skilled machine operators with experience working in a fast paced food production environment.

Located in Dandenong South, our client is a leading manufacturer of snacks made from natural, high quality ingredients. We currently have multiple opportunities available to join their team on day, afternoon & night shift!

We are seeking experienced production operators to strengthen our manufacturing teams. These roles are critical to maintaining safe, reliable operations and lifting standards across performance and culture.

This is not an entry-level role.

Day shift: 6am – 2:30pm $33 p/hr.

Afternoon shift: 2:30pm – 10:30pm $38 p/hr.

Night shift: 10pm – 6:30am $43 p/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

Your main duties will include:

• Operating machinery in a fast-paced production environment

• Weighing, measuring, and loading raw materials

• Processing and mixing ingredients

• Conducting quality checks

• Packing finished product

• Following GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) requirements and standards

 About You:

To be successful in this opportunity, you will possess the following:

• Proven local experience in food or FMCG manufacturing (3-5 years at least)
• Experience operating production equipment unsupervised
• Strong understanding of PPE, food safety, quality checks, and safe work practices
• Solid work ethic, reliability, and resilience
• Capability to operate at Level 4-5

• Experience with start-ups, shutdowns, changeovers, and cleaning
• Technical troubleshooting ability
• Clear written and verbal communication
