HSE / Quality Control Manager

About the Role:

This role is critical in maintaining high safety and quality standards across our operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and updating current documents and processes, such as truck capacity and transportable weight requirements
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry regulations
• Managing injury cases and overseeing site incident reporting
• Implementing and maintaining occupational health and safety (OHS) standards
• Monitoring and improving workplace safety across all sites
• Conducting toolbox talks and ensuring compliance with safety protocols
• Maintaining site cleanliness and organization
• Developing and overseeing Job Safety Analyses (JSA) for all site positions

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in HSE, Quality Control, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to assess risks, implement safety measures, and drive a strong safety culture
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to improving workplace standards
