Freight Handlers

Staff Australia are looking for Freight Sorters for work in a Document Destruction/Storage Facility based in Willawong, QLD.

Our client is a fast paced and rapidly growing company providing complete Documentation, Storage, Electronic Products Destruction and Recycling Solutions for all types of businesses. They have a commitment to exceptional customer service and the development of innovative and sustainable practices; their staff are qualified and trained in compliant and safe processing procedures.

Shift:

Monday to Friday: 9:30am-5:30pm $34.66

The Role:

• Fulfilling order requirements for export/destruction
• Paper-picking order/RF scanning
• Use of EPJs and trolleys
• Correctly processing orders according to labels/barcodes
• Manuel handling of archive boxes
• Lifting and handling stock
• Stacking orders onto pallets
• Dispatch duties

The Person

To be successful in the position you will have:

• Must have attention to detail
• Must be physically fit
• Previous experience with document management/freight sorting
• Able to operate within a multi-storeyed warehouse
• Good understanding OH & S workplace practices
• Ability to comprehend and understand paperwork
• Safety conscious
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent customer service skills
• Fast paced environment – able to achieve a KPI level
