Food-production cook

Located in Braeside, our client is a food manufacturer and distributor specialising in ready to heat products for the hospitality and quick service sector! They now have opportunity for experienced Industrial / bulk food-production cooks to join the team!

Hours: Day shift (7am – 2pm)

Key Responsibilities:

As part of the team, your main responsibilities will include:

• Cooking products on a flat grill/plate
• General production tasks (battering, frying, packing)
• Working in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Conducting quality checks to meet high standards

About You

To be successful in this opportunity you will possess the following:

• Must have experience with Woks, hot plates, deep fryers or kettle/batch cooking lines
• Previous experience in a food production environment
• Available on short notice and open for 5 days per week
