What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify, win, and grow business with national clients across blue-collar, white-collar, sales, and projects
- Strengthen and manage existing client relationships – become a trusted partner, not just a salesperson
- Lead client meetings, attend networking events, and drive revenue
- Work hand-in-hand with our recruitment team, turning your deals into placements
- Think strategically, but execute tactically – you’ll own your territory and your results
Who You Are
- You’re a natural hunter – proactive, self-driven, and business-minded
- You’ve got B2B sales experience (blue collar recruitment is an advantage, but not essential)
- You’re confident having “real talk” with clients – delivering quality, not just volume
- You understand people – you can see business from your client’s perspective
- Bonus: Experience in Manufacturing, White collar or high-growth sectors
