We are seeking 2 x dynamic administrators to help our consultant team with the onboarding of new employees.

Key Responsibilities:

As an integral part of our recruitment team your main duties will include:

  • Screening and shortlisting incoming resumes
  • Ensuring all documentation, pre-employment checks, compliance checks, inductions and training are completed and recorded
  • Database management of candidate information and documents
  • Handling incoming phone and email enquiries
  • General administration duties as required

About You:

To be successful in this opportunity you will possess the following

  • Previous administrative/customer service experience
  • Exceptional time management skills, attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Driven, self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
  • Interest in recruitment/HR highly advantageous
