Our client, a leading Australian medical supply company, is seeking a dedicated and organised Administrative Officer to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys supporting a business that plays a vital role in the healthcare sector.

In this position, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities. You’ll work closely with internal teams, healthcare providers, and customers, helping coordinate services and maintain accurate records that support the delivery of critical medical equipment to hospitals, aged care facilities, and community services across Australia.

Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support across daily operations
  • Scheduling deliveries and installations of healthcare equipment and products
  • Managing data entry and maintaining accurate customer and delivery records
  • Handling customer enquiries and providing exceptional customer service
  • Preparing, processing, and filing documentation in line with company requirements
  • Assisting with reporting, compliance, and general office administration duties
  • Liaising with internal departments, customers, and service providers to ensure efficient coordination of services
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation is completed correctly and on time

About You

To be successful in this opportunity, you will possess the following:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail

  • Professional, reliable, and proactive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Available Monday to Friday with full working rights
